GENERAL
These conditions apply to an agreement for the delivery of products to end customers in Europe.

Registered in the Brønnøysund Register with organisation number 918 790 047 VAT, and hereinafter referred to as "HealthPack", "we" or "us".

Buyer:
The person listed as the buyer in the order and hereinafter referred to as "you", "your" or "the customer".

SUBSCRIPTION
When you order supplements in a subscription from us, the subscription will automatically renew at each delivery. There is no binding time period and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

The subscription is monthly and if you do not inform us that you will be cancelling your subscription within 15 days before the next scheduled delivery, you undertake to receive the product. The subscription will stop from the next scheduled delivery after that.

Changes in products and form of delivery may occur. Notification of changes will be sent well in advance of the changes taking effect. Minor changes, such as changed packaging, will not be notified beyond information on our website.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase supplements from us.

PRICES
Our prices are quoted in Euros and DO NOT include VAT. The shipping price is valid in Europe. Prices are valid until they change.

Introductory offers only apply to new customers and only once per customer.

Notice of any price changes will be sent well in advance, and no later than two months before the price change takes effect.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/SHIPMENTS
Orders shipped outside of Norway may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; HealthPack has no control over these charges, nor can HealthPack predict what they may be.

HealthPack is made in accordance with the recommended limits set by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). However, it is the recipient’s duty to make sure all the ingredients are allowed in the recipient's country if it is outside of Europe.

30 DAYS OPEN PURCHASE FOR THE FIRST PACK!
It took over two and a half years to develop HealthPack. Our goal was to make excellent products with high quality ingredients, through a new concept that we think people have been waiting for.

We believe we have achieved this, and we feel confident that you as a customer will enjoy our product.

That's why we offer 30 days of open purchase on the first package. This means that you can return the product within 30 days from the delivery date and get the full amount refunded (excluding postage for return). Even if you opened the package and used the supplement, you can return what is left and get your money back. If you have chosen a subscription solution, we will automatically cancel the subscription upon return.

All you have to do is send an email to service@healthpack.eu and tell us why you want to return the product. You can return the product for any reason.

Your feedback helps us with further product development.

14-DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD ALWAYS AVAILABLE
As a customer you are protected by the right of withdrawal and have a 14 days unconditional right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. The right of withdrawal means that the customer has the right to undo the purchase of an unopened product and return the goods to the supplier.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be enforced, the product must be delivered to us in the same quantity and condition as when you received it. In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for postage fees.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our customer service can be contacted by phone +47 33 18 30 00, Monday to Thursday between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm – or by sending an email to service@healthpack.eu We will do our utmost to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on weekdays.
DELIVERY
We ship items five days a week. The products are sent via the Posten group (Norway).

If the packaging is damaged, opened or in any way unacceptable, please also inform us.

PERSONAL DETAILS
We process all personal data in accordance with the personopplysningsloven (Norwegian Personal Information Act). We store and use this information for the purpose of safeguarding and managing the customer relationship, including information regarding products, services and other benefits provided by HealthPack AS.

As the customer, you agree that HealthPack AS may use any form of communication with you, including letters, telephone, email and SMS, to inform you of or market our product offerings. If you want to revoke this consent, please contact customer service.

RETURN OF GOODS
Full rights of complaint are given under applicable laws for all defects in the product. The right of complaint is limited to the shelf life of the item as stated on the packaging, provided the correct storage procedures are followed and you inform us within two months of the defect being discovered.

In any case, the buyer is obliged to make their complaint within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. In the case of any complaints, errors and deficiencies, we will cover any shipping costs. If you would like to use the right of complaint or have any questions about a complaint, contact customer service.

ALLERGIES, MEDICINES AND USE OF THE PRODUCT
If you are pregnant or taking medicines (especially blood thinners), we recommend that you consult your doctor before using this supplement. We accept no responsibility for the incorrect use of our products. Always follow the recommended dosage on the package.
RESERVATIONS
HealthPack makes reservations in regards to downtime, incorrect pricing or delivery problems caused by conditions beyond HealthPack's control. HealthPack also makes reservations in regards to printing errors, price errors, value added tax and other tax changes.
CHANGE OF TERMS
These terms are subject to change for special requirements and/or when public changes/orders affect these terms. In the case of any changes to the terms, you will be notified no later than two months before the changes take effect.

If, based on the changed terms, you wish to terminate the agreement, you are free to do so. If the agreement between the parties is not terminated, it will mean that you accept the updated agreement terms. New terms will be announced on our website in combination with the release of the new terms.
